Welcome to my Astrid Astronaut pattern! Before you begin…

Materials:
-Worsted weight yarn in white, light blue, and skin color
-Small amount of worsted weight yarn in light purple and light yellow
-3.5mm crochet hook
-One pair 12mm safety eyes
-Fiberfill stuffing
-Stitch marker (optional, but highly recommended. Place stitch marker in last st of rnd.)
-Scissors
-Yarn needle
-Straight pins (optional)

Unless otherwise specified, this pattern is worked in continuous rounds.

Abbreviations (US terms):
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
inc - single crochet increase
dec - single crochet invisible decrease
slst - slip stitch
sts - stitches
MR - magic ring
Rnd - round
R - row
FO - Fasten off
x - Repeat “x” specified number of times
(x) - Number of stitches at end of round

My astronaut is about 7.25 inches tall, but size will vary depending on the size of your hook, yarn and tension.
