Astrid Folk Mitten
by Mona Bultena
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
The pattern is knitted from the cuff upwards. If you are familiar with knitting color work, stranded knitting, and small circumferences, this is an easy pattern for you. This mitten is not lined, but with the two color knitting, and worsted weight wool yarn, it is a very warm mitten. If you are new to color work, this will be a nice challenge for you. Astrid is a Scandinavian name that means fair, Beautiful Goddess. I have also included instructions on how to make this pattern into fingerless mitts.
