Astrid's Be you blanket
This variation of the word “beautiful” is such a statement. It is very descriptive, and I could write endless pages on why this is so important for people at any age. The background is full of my signature curls and doodles. The hardest part was choosing the colours since there are countless combinations possible!
Left-handed crocheters: If you are left-handed and you purchase the pattern, kindly get in touch with me and I will send you the whole written pattern for a left-handed version. If you were to make the original pattern, it would be the mirror image.
This blanket is made in Interlocking crochet. The pattern includes information on the technique, links to my Interlocking tutorials, photo guides on how to get started and how to change colours and a detailed list of all the colours used, how many grams of each, and when you need to split your colours in bobbins. I also added a colouring page so that you can play with your own coloured pencils and make other colour combinations.
If you are new to the technique, you can find my tutorials on the basic technique, colour changes and diagonal stitches with free downloadable patterns to follow here: Astrid’s Interlocking crochet YouTube channel
