After searching long for a good pattern for a boy’s blanket, I ended up deciding to design one myself. However, by mixing and matching squares you can make it any size you want. I used a 3,5mm hook.

For this blanket I used each square once, with a simple border. The whole blanket measures 115 x 160cms and it took 1,55kg of cotton (50gr=130mt).

Your blanket will have your own touch. You can use any yarn and hook you want, just be aware that the size will change accordingly.
