Done in interlocking crochet, this blanket is the new chapter in a story that includes Middle Age English romance from the 1300’s, my grandmother’s chopping board, and my father’s artistic skills. The whole story is included in the pattern for the curious ones.

The pattern comes with instructions on the technique, as well as photo tutorials on how to get started and how to make the colour changes. Also, I include links to my YouTube tutorials and to a free pattern to follow those tutorials if you want to practice the technique.

All colours used with amounts and notes on how many bobbins you need are detailed, as well as instructions on how to make the blanket a bit shorter, if you do not want to have the top banner with the names a second time.
