Astrid's Sunflower blanket
Sunflowers are a bold statement, they are big, happy flowers, that grow tall regardless of the environment they are in. And to me, an opportunity to draw endless small patterns and not leave a square inch blank…
This blanket is done in interlocking crochet. The pattern comes with written rows and lots of tips and information as well as information on the technique, photo tutorials on how to get started and how to make the colour changes.
I used Scheepjes Catona for this blanket, and a 3.00mm hook. All the colours used are listed with its name and number, as well as how much was used of each.
If you are new to the technique, you can find my tutorials with a downloadable free pattern to follow here: Astrid’s Interlocking crochet YouTube channel
