This blanket is made in two stages, I first the whole blanket in interlocking crochet with Scheepjes Metropolis and when done, I used Scheepjes Terrazzo (thicker than Metropolis) to slip stitch the red and blue lines to make the tartan effect.

The pattern is a repeat concept, and it comes with instructions on how to make it wider and/or longer. It also includes information on the technique, and photo tutorials on how to get started, how to change the colours and how and where to place the slip stitches at the end.
