Astrid's Trondheim blanket
Trondheim, a town in the north of Norway founded in 997 as a trading post, served as the capital of Norway from the Viking Age until 1217. In summer you can see endless rows of colourful houses with lots of windows to let in as much light as possible, to balance off with the dark winters where everything is covered in white snow.
This blanket is made in interlocking crochet, and the pattern comes with instructions on the technique itself, plus photo tutorials on how to get started and how to make the colour changes.
I included a list of all colours used, as well as how many grams of each, and also added a “colouring page” for you to create your own colour scheme.
If you are new to the technique, you can find my tutorials with a free downloadable pattern to follow here: Astrid’s Interlocking crochet YouTube channel
