Inspiration sometimes comes when you least expect it. I live in Norway, where the winters are cold, dark and long. It snows from November to March if we are lucky, longer if we are not. Unlike rain, snow makes no sound, so suddenly you are surprised when you look out of the window and it is snowing heavily. That silence, and the coloured wooden houses around me, is what inspired this blanket.

Done in Interlocking crochet, this pattern comes with instructions on the technique as well as photo tutorials on how to get started and how to make the colour changes. Every row is written out in full. A full list of colours used with how many grams I used of each is also detailed.
