Asya’s Super Bulky Messy Bun is a quick and easy hat pattern. It is tapered at the top to accommodate a ponytail or messy bun without exposing too much of your head to the elements. Perfect for colder weather areas. This pattern does NOT use a ponytail holder. It is currently available in one size, however, it includes 3 “options” to make it. Option #2 uses FDC and Option #3 uses stitches in the back bump. The finished product creates a wonderfully stretchy fabric that is also very squishy to the touch.
