The At The Seaside Baby Blanket is made up of nine different seaside themed 6” squares with an embossed look to each motif. Inspired by various childhood memories of trips to the beach, from sand dollar hunting on a family holiday to Florida to crabbing on the beaches of Walberswick, UK.

Crafting blankets that are made up of different coloured and textured squares is my favourite way of helping out charities. Blankets can be made bigger simply by adding more squares, they can be made from a multitude of rainbow colours, they help use up leftover yarns, and each little completed square gives you a bit of bonus motivation to keep going!
