Attleboro Hat
Description
This hat features a texture-rich alternative to stranded knitting. Contrasting colored yarn is held double and held to the front or the back of the work to create woven patterns on a field of plain stockinette stitch. The technique is easy and the results are reminiscent of chunky hand woven textiles.
Construction
This hat is constructed from the bottom-up, and features tidy, six-pointed star crown shaping. The hat is sized for a slightly slouchy fit.
The pattern includes charted and written instructions for the woven chevrons
