Named after one of the many streets near my childhood home, I wanted these socks to bring about thoughts of childhood hi-jinks and old summer adventures. These top down socks are cozy and squishy with their interrupted garter stitch pattern. They’re simple enough to mindlessly knit, with a bit of fun texture. The short row heel could easily be substituted for your favourite heel method instead.

The pattern is for an medium adult foot, with 64 stitches cast on. It can be easily modified for smaller or larger feet by adding or removing stitches in multiples of 4.

Materials:

Yarn: Buxom Cat Knits Ohana Sock (or approx. 425 yards of a sock weight yarn)

Needles: Size US 1 (2.25 mm) DPNs or 32” circular for magic loop method.
