Aubrey is a “bare” baby, and another in my “prete a porter” ready to wear collection. That means her cowl neck sweater is removable… but wait, so is her hair! That’s right, Aubrey is the first of my collections to have removable hair. The possibilities are endless! Best of all, Aubrey can also wear any of the other clothes available in the prete a porter collection!

Aubrey is a 12 inch crocheted girl. Her knit sweater is removable. The shoes and socks however are crocheted on.

This pattern has 11 pages full of all the info an experienced crocheter/knitter would need to make this little treasure; including technique descriptions, diagrams, and photos. I would rate this as “intermediate” , and requires only minimal sewing and embroidery skills.

Suggested materials: wool and wool blend yarn (worsted weight, at least 2 colors ~100 yds ea., 2 additional colors ~50 yds each), polyester filling, 12 mm glass or plastic safety eyes, cotton fabric(optional), felt, and ribbon(optional).
