Aubrey Spa Set
Just an note since Ravelry has auto-added their yarn held together notation. Most of the project is worked with just 1 strand (washcloth and face pads), only the basket is worked with 2 strands. To make the set you do need either a sport weight linen blend or possibly a dk weight cotton for this project (washcloth is worked at a loose gauge to allow the yarn to bloom and soften).
You could make the basket only with a thicker yarn, but you would not be able to create the 2 color marl stripe in the center.
Pamper the mother in your life, or even yourself!, with a chic knit spa set that transforms your bathroom into a relaxing oasis. Designed with Mother’s Day in mind, this week’s free Willow Wednesday pattern is knit with Willow Feather, a beautiful linen/cotton blend available in a serene palette. With one ball each in three peaceful hues, you can knit six face pads, three washcloths, and a matching basket to keep your spa set stylishly organized.
