My first top has #4 with #5 bulky weight around the waist (ruffles) however this can be made in all #4 weight! See my purple and green version photos! I used 4-5 different colors but see my testers photos for the variety of colors! This is a very adaptable pattern depending on how long your starting chains/V and your INC for the waist it can create a different look!
