The patter is written for magic loop, but can easily be modified for double pointed needles.

S (56 sts), M (64 sts) and L (72 sts)

Yarn

100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 400 m/ 437 per 100 g. The sample socks were knitted with The Wool Barn Heritage BFL 4 ply in colourway Walnut, 400 m/ 437 yds per 100 g

Needles & notions

2.75 mm/ US 2 circular needle (80 cm/ 32 inches long or longer) or size to meet the gauge
markers
tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Gauge

36 sts x 48 rows = 10 x 10 cm/ 4x4 inches in stockinette stitch after blocking
