Augusta
by Benja Kirk
The sweater is knit using Us size 6 (4mm) circular needles size 16 & 24 inch (40 & 60 cm) and double pointed needles for sleeves.
Yarn; Approx. 150 (150) 200 (200) 200 (200) 250 (300) grams of main color and approx. 50-75 grams of alternative color.
Augusta is a top-down sweater with a simple stitch pattern. Increases are first created in the yoke and later the piece is divided and increases are done by adding raglan increases.
Once increases are finished sleeves are put on stitch holders and you finish the body of the sweater. You will then pick up the sleeve stitches and finish each sleeve separately.
