The Augusta Lace Socks are worked cuff down, using fingering or dk weight sock yarn. The leg and the foot are worked up in the characteristic stitch pattern of the Augusta Lace Scarf – a combination of twisted stitches, lace stitches and a broken rib. In addition, the pattern includes instructions for a modification without the lace stitch.
