Australian Bandicoot
by Alma Mahler
When I lived on a farm in Tasmania these were all around at night time. I used some photos I had as my model for this pattern. Cute and gentle, iconic Australian Wildlife toy, at least the soft toy version is not endangered!
Knit yourself one of these beauties! Get kids to appreciate the local fauna.
The instructions include detailed steps and pictures.
You will need some 8 ply wool in different colours and DPN’s in size 2.5mm or US2
Finished toy will be about 9cm or 3.5inches high and 26 cm or 10 inches long.
Suitable for babies and children of all ages!
Pattern is copyrighted and intended for personal use only.
