This is Snowflake #88 in the book of 100 Snowflakes. Instructions are on Page 98. It is pictured on page 39 in Showcase.
“The Autan is a strong southeast wind in south-central France. Most of the time, it is associated with clear, dry weather, and called the Autan Blanc (’White Autan’). Occasionally, however, it brings fog, rain or snow, and is called the Autan Noir (’Black Autan’). ”
