Autumn is now here, the trees may not have been full of colorful leaves yet, but you can see in any case on the weather that autumn is here, it feels like it is raining constantly and it is clearly cooler outside. I can directly admit that autumn and winter are not my seasons exactly but the seasons come and go whether you want it or not.

The doily Autumn Bloom Mandala came about after I just sat down and crocheted from just the imagination and let the creativity flow freely. It was a while ago that I just let the creativity, the crochet hook and yarn flow freely and just do what comes in their freedom. Instead of first planning what to do first.

I chose to crochet my Autumn Bloom Mandala with Järbo Garn Nova, a very soft and easy to work with yarn. I used the colors 48005 – Gray, 48006 – Baby Blue, 48019 – Turquoise and 48028 Kaki Green. With crochet needle 3.00 mm, my mandala was measured 35 cm diagonally.
