Autumn Breeze is a beautiful blend of autumn shades knitted with only two colours in any one row making it a good project for some one wanting to learn colour work. The pattern is written and I have actually written the colours in rather than say main shade contrast shade etc,.so hopefully all levels of knitters will enjoy.
Autumn Breeze will look lovely on a baby girl or boy.
I knitted this with Hayfields DK yarn and also did a small cardigan in Bergere yarn and it knitted up lovely.
There are 6 sizes to choice from.
The yarn I used was
Hayfields DK yarn each colour
40 – 80 yards Rust
80 – 140 yards Olive
80 – 140 yards Green
90 – 160 yards Beige
I have also knitted this in bergere DK with similar colours and it worked up lovely. a 25gm ball of each colour worked for the smallest size.
