This is the knitting pattern to make the cat and apples in a basket.
Size: cat, 9cm

Materials
You will need small amount of coloured DK (8-ply) yarn, no more than 5g each. You can pick any colours you would like.
I have used light blue, blue, honey yellow, brown, light brown, dark brown, white, pink red, green, light green. For scarf, I have used felted tweed. You can use 4-ply yarn or 2-3 strands from DK yarn.

10m per 5g skein, 100% wool

Tension not too important, but it is 28sts x 36 rows =10cm (4in) measured over Stst
Needles A pair of 2.75mm (US 2) Double pointed needles (DPN to make i-cords)
Other supplies Chenille needle with fairly sharp point with large eye, toy stuffing
Skills Basic knit and purl, k2tog, increasing sts.

All is knitted flat and sewn up at the end. You do not need to knit in circles.
