A very straightforward 2/2 rib hat, with a folded brim, and that’s it!
Fun and very quick to knit, the hat is also a great stash buster.

Yarn: 1 (1) 2 (2) ball(s) of Palette by Knit Picks (100% Peruvian Highland Wool), 211 m / 231 yds - 50 gr. Or 182 (211) 258 (283) m / 200 (230) 282 (310) yds of Fingering weight yarn

For a 2 color hat as shown on some of the samples, the total yarn quantity is split 80/20 between the 2 colors

Main needles: 2.75 mm / US 2 circular needles (approx. 30 or 40 cm / 12 or 16 in)
A set of 2.75 mm / US 2 DPN’s for small circumference knitting

Notions: Tapestry needle to weave in ends, 7 removable markers plus 1 unique removable marker, Cable needle for 2/2 long-tail tubular cast-on

Gauge: 38 sts and 33 rnds to 10 cm / 4 in knitted in 2/2 rib pattern, in the rnd. The gauge is measured on a blocked and unstretched swatch
