This cute little number was actually inspired by a pot holder. I just loved the slip stitch edging, and had to incorporate it into the dress. Just look at those ruffles!

0-3 months – waist 15” (38 cm), skirt length 6.5” (16.5 cm)
3-6 months – waist 16.5” (42 cm), skirt length 7” (17.5 cm)
6-12 months – waist 18” (46 cm), skirt length 9” (23 cm)
