This super-cozy headband has a textured open pattern. It is inspired by autumn falling leaves and will add a bright color to your winter garb.

Knit flat in a sportweight yarn, this is a wonderful accessory to keep you warm in the fall and winter months without overheating. It is easily adjustable for any size. This is a great project to use up some extra sport weight yarn you have in your stash or to start experimenting with lace work. This is a great pattern for new and old knitters alike. Thank you to Anne Hanson for permission to adapt her “fallberry” pattern for this headband!

I’ve included repeats for S (20in), M (22in) and L (24in) sizes.
Just one color of any sport weight yarn will do!
