Yarn
I recommend using cotton in two different colors.
Hook
For best results, use a 3.0-4.0mm hook.
Scissors

YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW:
st - stitch
slst - slip stitch
sc - single stitch
Lsc - sc that is deeper than usual, in this case, all Lsc will be one row deep
dc - double crochet stitch (US), treble crochet stitch (UK)
ch - chain
chain space - the space behind/under a chain
ring - a chain where the last stitch is connected to the first with a slip, to make a ring
tog - when you keep several stitches on the hook and then close them together as one
front/back loops - the loops of a chain
