This knitting pattern for my ‘Autumn Sweater and Pants’ is designed to fit an 18” American Girl doll.

The sweater is fully open in the back with 4 buttonholes for ease of dressing and is knit flat and top-down.
The pants have a ribbed waist and a bit of a cable at the side. The pants are also knit flat.

The pattern will be sent as a PDF document.

Materials:
• Super Fine or Fingering weight yarn (such as Loops & Threads Woolike Yarn) in two colours (approximately 300m of the each colour.)
• 2.75 mm needles
• 4 buttons for the sweater
• one cable needle
• one yarn needle

Gauge:
• approximately 32 stitches over 10 cm (4 inches) in stocking stitch using 2.75 mm needles.

Techniques:
• Short Rows
• Cables
• Make-One Left / Right

Stitches
• The pattern uses several different cables and twists. The pattern includes the instructions for each.
