This cosy and lightweight cowl is made with one skein of Scheepjes Invicta Colour, but you can use any yarn with a suitable hook to meet gauge. The pattern includes instructions for how to customize the size. There is also a chart.

The cowl is made of a rectangle, which is folded and sewn or crocheted together. Then you make the edging.
