This hat is knitted in the round on circular needles. It consists of cables, garter stitches, and 2x2 ribbed edging which creates a stretchy hat with lots of texture. It is a fitted beanie with an option to make a slouchy version.

Materials:
worsted weight (#4) yarn. About 130 yards.
US 8/5 mm and US 6/4 mm16” circular knitting needles

Finished size
8” wide x 8.5” tall unblocked (20 cm x 21.5 cm)
Fits average women with head circumference 20”-22” (51 cm – 56 cm)
