Mid-calf length socks with autumnal motif featuring a tree and leaves swirling in the breeze.
Socks were created using Scheepjes Catona cotton yarn in Old Lace (50g), Saffron (50g) and Hazelnut (50g).
Knitted using 2.0mm and 2.5mm DPN’s.
Also requires darning needle for sewing in ends.
Gauge is 15 rows to 4cms (height) and 10 stitches to 4cms (width) in stockinette stitch.
Heel made using afterthought heel technique.
Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate. Pattern requires colour work.
