There are lots of amazing Pumpkin Patterns out there, some with cables, textured stitches and some with a simple but lovely stitch.

This is just my recipe on how I made the pumpkins, starting off with a simple rectangle of fabric. This recipe works for both crochet and knitting so feel free to let your creativity fly.
