Avangeline is a play on my daughter’s name- Ava and the name the pattern kept calling itself in my head- Evangeline. It is designed to be timeless and special enough to be a wrap worn by a bride on her wedding day or a baby blanket a baby is wrapped in for it’s baptism or christening but also simple and classy enough to be worn with jeans and tee. It is versatile so the possibilities are endless.

Pattern is designed for any yarn and any corresponding hook size. Easily modified to make into a scarf or even a baby blanket or throw. Written instructions including stitch instructions. Looks great in solid colors or gradient yarns or even variegated yarn.
