Lion Brand Notes:

Design is created by changing yarns and/or needle sizes, sometimes mid row. The design is meant to encourage creativity with a deconstructed look, don’t worry if you work a st or two with the ‘wrong’ color.

Partial short rows are worked throughout the design. Because the design is meant to be lacy and very open, there is no need to wrap a st (as is usually done on short rows) when you turn your work.

Tunic is worked in Garter st (k every st on every row) with double wrap sts (explained in Stitch Explanation above) to create elongated sts.

Tunic is worked with multiple yarns, sometimes with a single strand and sometimes with 2 strands held together. Some of the yarn/color changes are mid-row. To change color, cut old color, leaving a long tail, and continue with new color. Tails woven in mid-row will be visible and are meant to be part of the design.
