DESCRIPTION
Avanzi sweater: This scrap sweater pattern was created to use up some of the single skeins of yarn around my house! This sweater is all about being playful and having fun with color! I used two skeins of worsted yarn for the body, V-neckband, and cuffs and one skein of fingering yarn, held double, for the sleeves and the lateral stripes.
This sweater features a v-neck, cable sleeves, a ribbed edge, and cuffs. The top-down sweater continues into the stockinette stitch body with a vertical stripe in contrast color as an underarm detail
The pattern includes suggestions for trying it on as you work and notations to help you adjust the size according to your preference.

SIZING
All of my garment patterns are size inclusive up to at least a 60” full bust circumference.
Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) 6, 7, 8, 9 - xs (s, m, l, xl) 2xl, 3xl 4xl, 5xl
Finished chest circumference: 34 (38, 42, 46, 50) 54, 58, 62, 66 inches / 86.3 (96.5, 106.7, 116.8, 127) 137.1, 147.3, 157.4, 167.6 cm - approx. 4 inches / 10 cm of positive ease recommended and optional horizontal darts.

GAUGE, NEEDLES, NOTIONS
Gauge: 12 stitches and 20 rounds over 4”/10cm
Needles: US 10.5 / 6.5 mm and US 10 / 6 mm - 32”/80 cm circular, smaller circular or DPNs or sleeves and cuffs if not using magic loop
Notions: stitch markers, Holders /waste yarn, Tapestry needle

YARN
This garment is designed for a worsted wool/wool blend. I used two skeins of Glowing Worsted from Knitologie yarn for the body, V-neckband, and cuffs, and one skein of fingering yarn, from Toad Hollow, held double, for the sleeves and the lateral stripes.
Yarn: Yarn Weight 4 (Worsted, Afghan, Aran) or Yarn Weight 3 (DK, Light Worsted) held double
