This is a pattern for a crocheted bag! This pattern is worked in standard US terms. The bag is worked in the round and is easy to make. Perfect for beginners as well as experienced crocheters! Included are step by step directions and photos. Please email me with questions.

Estimated dimensions of finished bag: 16 inches deep, 14.5 inches wide at widest area with a 29 inch circumference. The strap is 14.5 inches folded, 29 inches in total.

Materials:
~ Approximately 9 ounces of worsted weight yarn such as Lion Brands Vanna’s Choice yarn.
~ Crochet hook size US H/8 5.00 mm or size needed to obtain gauge
~ Yarn Needle
~ Button - at least 3/4 inch or larger (optional - for closure strap)

Stitches used:
~ ch - chain
~ ss - slip stitch
~ hdc - half double crochet
~ dc - double crochet
~ trc - triple crochet
~ cross stitch (detailed directions in pattern)
