Chest: 11-16” (12-21, 15-25, 15-25)“ first are unstretched second number is stretched.
Sweaters stretch additional inches due to cabling. Knitted length
measurement should be 1” longer than desired length for your wearer.
Girth will take up the extra 1”.
Materials: Worsted weight for all sizes except (0-3 months which will use the same numbers as the 3-6 months using DK weight yarn). All fibers will work for this sweater just be sure to hand wash if you use wool or animal fiber. Estimated yardage 50(124, 200, 200)g. I always purchase extra due to individual knitting style.
Circular needles in 16” size US 2 (2.75 mm), US 5 (3.75 mm). Also dpn’s in corresponding sizes.
Stitch markers (8), scrap yarn, tapestry needle.
Gauge: with largest needles 22st x 28rows = 4x4” (10x10)cm. Adjust needle size to get gauge.
