Some of us really love to get our hands into the earth, guiding root and rock in solitude with the plants, the warm sun, and a gentle breeze on our shoulders.
Some of us hope to become friends with the frogs, toads, groundhogs, rabbits, and chipmunks that pass through our private groomed lush leafy green landscape.
Some of us absolutely adore our backyard’s garter snake and have named them Shimmy.
This one is for my fellow Avid Gardeners who like me love to have an open top that allows the fresh breeze to pass under these hardworking beautiful dirty landscaping arms of ours to keep our pits as airy as can be.
This beginner-friendly top is knit flat from front bottom edge upward, then the center panel is bound off and we split for sleeves, then they converge at the back of the neck downward into a beautiful triangle to reach full width, then sew-on snaps or other fastener is attached to each side.
This pattern design in US knit terms may not be distributed or sold as your own, but feel free to sell a finished item made from it.
