This pattern was inspired by the free Ravelry Ribbon Awareness Scarf. It is written in U.S. terms.

I used an H (5 mm) hook while creating the sample patterns, however use of a smaller hook will result in smaller ribbons (and overall headband.) Pattern allows flexibility in sizing, so almost any size hook/yarn can be used.
