Aren’t possums awesome?! For one thing, did you know that they eat ticks? As far as I’m concerned, that alone is reason enough to celebrate these funky, nocturnal creatures.

Now you can make your own fluffy possums with my pattern. I hope you enjoy this project!

My possum pattern is written all in one piece, aside from the tail, which is sewn on at the end. Finished possums measure between 3” and 4” long, not including the tail, depending the yarn, hook size, and your tension.

You can create the entire possum using only worsted yarn or DK yarn of your choice, but it is written to include fuzzy / furry eyelash yarn for the body of the possum.
