ABOUT THIS PATTERN
I grew up in Arizona and so the choice of plants was much different than that of where I live now (the Midwest). When we bought the house we live in now, there were several perennial plants put in by the previous owners and so it wasn’t until the following spring that we finally saw the blooms on the bush right next to our front porch. Hot pink gorgeous flowers bloomed on this bush. I asked my seasoned gardener friend next door what these were and she informed me this was an azalea flower. I’m mesmerized by the beauty of this flower and knew I needed to name one of my designs after it. And that is how she got her name. I hope you enjoy making this Azalea Crop Top as much as I did.
