Construction
The top is worked in the round from the bottom up before separating for the front and back pieces and working flat. The back is shaped using a series of decreases, and the front is finished with a ribbing. Finally, the double knit straps are worked using double pointed needles and then joined to the back to form the racerback.

Recommended ease: This top is designed with 0–2” / 0–5 cm of negative ease to 0–2” / 0–5 cm of positive ease.

Two samples are shown: a size S sample shown in Lily White is worn with 2” / 5 cm of positive ease, and a size XS sample shown in Light Yellow (We Are Knitters Pima Cotton) is worn with 2” / 5 cm of negative ease.

DK weight, Stitch & Story Secret Garden in Lily White (60% Cotton, 40% Acrylic), 218 yds (200 m) per 100-g skein

Any DK weight yarn can be used for this pattern as long as it matches gauge.
