Azurean was inspired by the various blues in the landscape surrounding my new home. The amazing shades of blue created by the sky, river and the mountains in this area make me smile every time I return, or take the time to just stop.

The way the pattern almost undulates reminds me further of the river that supports this town.

Azurean has a top down construction with a simple lace panel down the front of the leg and top of foot, with ribbing to keep the rest nice and snug.

I was able to finish the foot at the end of a chart. If you finish a repeat close to your preferred length, you may prefer to knit stockinette for the remaining length.
