Inspired by a conversation fondly reminiscing about my teen years and vinyl records, this shawl is asymmetrical and knitted from side to side from the narrowest point.

The pattern is very straightforward and consists of two rows which are repeated until cast off. I estimate that this pattern will be suitable for intermediate knitters or adventurous beginners.
