Needles: 16” circulars size US 7 & 9; double points size US 9; cable needle, stitch marker.

Gauge: 4 sts =1” over st st on larger needles. Check gauge before working hat.

K1/p1 ribbing: (K1, p1); repeat around.

C6B: Place next 3 sts onto cable needle, hold in back of work; work k3 sts, k3 sts from cable needle.
