The Bundle Babies Sleeper Set Crochet Pattern is INTERMEDIATE level (in an easy-to-follow format), and knowledge of these techniques will be helpful: single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, magic ring, invisible decrease, invisible join, closing holes, changing yarn colors, yarn under (x-stitch), yarn over (v-stitch), Front loops only, Back loops only, sewing buttons.

This listing is for an easy-to-follow digital PDF pattern showing how to crochet a Sleeper Set (sleeper, knotted cap, bear lovey, and baby bottle) for your Bundle Babies! The following are all included!! The digital pattern of the Bundle Babies Sleeper Set includes: 25 pages, 125+ full color photos, English US crochet terms, detailed descriptions and instructions. (Additional Spanish and French pdf files included.) Also included are optional instructions to make the sleeper with short sleeves and shorts -- as summer pjs or a playsuit that can be paired with booties from the original Bundle Babies pattern, giving you options to increase your doll’s wardrobe!

If using size 4, worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart), and a size F (3.75mm) hook, the sleeper set will fit a 15” (38cm) doll made with the same brand yarn and a 3.25mm hook. These dolls can be made with any size yarn and hook, as long as you are consistent throughout the pattern, and take into consideration that you will need to adjust sizing of buttons, magnets, etc. (If you want to use a different brand of yarn for the clothing, there are detailed instructions in the pattern notes on checking your gauge to make sure the clothes will be sized correctly.) You will want to use a hook that provides a tight enough tension so that stuffing will not show through your stitches for the Bear Lovey and Bottle. The Bear Lovey (head) and Bottle are made with Yarn Under (x-stitch) and the same hook you used for your doll, and clothes (sleeper and cap) are made in Yarn Over (v-stitch) with a hook that is 0.50mm larger than the hook you used for your doll.

Supplies needed for this project include:
Size 3.25mm hook (or hook size you prefer for making amigurumi with size 4 yarn),
Size 3.75mm hook (or hook that is 0.50mm larger than the hook used to make your doll),
Worsted weight yarn (size 4) in white (60 yds), Color A (turquoise blue, light yellow) (240 yds), Color B (brown, pink) (120 yds), and small amounts of ballet pink, tan or beige, black, dark pink.
Cotton yarn (size 1 or 2) or Perle cotton in Brown (for Bottle details),
Stitch markers,
Tapestry needle / embroidery needle,
Fiberfill stuffing,
4 medium (12-15mm) buttons for sleeper,
2 - 15mm x 2mm Neodymium Earth Magnets (super strong, thin) for the bottle if you used magnets in the doll’s mouth. These are available on Amazon. Regular magnets will NOT be strong enough. (optional) (NOT recommended for small children!!)
