notes
Booties are knitted flat, from the bottom up, beginning at center of sole. Once sole and sides are worked, toe is shaped using short rows, then tongue is continued from the toe stitches. Remaining stiches are joined together at center back to make upper. Heel and sole are then sewn closed.
