Baby basics
Baby Basics is a new addition for the baby’s wardrobe.
It’s a small set consisting of a cross-over cardigan and a pair of leggings. Both garments knit up really fast, they are easy to work and very practical wardrobe-staples (as well as cute ones).

The cardigan
The cardigan is knit seamlessly, and bottom-up, and flat, from side to side to underarms, where work is divided for fronts and back to be continued in separate pieces. Shoulders are worked together using the 3-needle bind-off method. Sleeves are worked top-down and in the round.
The trimming of the fronts/back neck and cuffs are worked in a picot bind-off.
Please note The fronts of the cardigan are worked side-to-side, meaning that you could tie them on the left or the right side, whichever you prefer:)
