I used less than one skein of yarn for this. It was a 7 oz. skein.

Finished Measurements are approximatley 17” long by 22” around. How you pull on it affects the size. If you want it longer you can add more basket weave rounds before you start the decreasing. And you can increase the width by adding increments of 8 stitches.
